Recommendations on first use
If you are using the device for the first time, remove all unnec

essary things: packaging materials, tapes, etc. carefully wash
all the inner surfaces (where the food is stored) with water
with a little acetic acid.
New device must be indoors for
2-4 hours before tuned on.
Follow the instructions manual
and plug in the device in a grounded socket. It is necessary
to wait few hours before loading food into the device, for it to
reach working temperature. Please, fill the device with food
gradually, so that compressor does not break.
Turning on the device,
Рiс. D-1
Before filling food, turn on the device for 2-2,5 hours for it to
reach working temperature. Set the temperature regulator
on the middle position «4».
Placing the products,
Рiс D-2
•
When placing the products, leave space between them,
for air to circulate.
•
Products must be hermetically packaged to retain mois
-
ture and prevent the spread of odors.
•
Hot food must be cooled to a room temperature, before
placing into the device, otherwise the power consump
-
tion will be higher.
•
To lower the power consumption it is recommended to
open the device less often.
Setting the temperature,
Рiс. D-1
The temperature in the device is regulated by a switch from
position «1» (high temperature, minimal cooling) to posi
-
tion «7» (low temperature, maximum cooling).
To turn off
the device, set the switch into «0» position.
It is rec
-
ommended to select the middle position «4», the average
temperature inside the device will be 5°C in the
refrigerating chamber and about -18°C in the freezer.
In the coldest areas of refrigerating chamber temperature
can be sub-zero when setting “7” position. The freezer
temperature will be default -18°C.
Freezer
In the freezer, you can store frozen food, make ice cubes
and freeze fresh food.
Freezing food
It is possible for 24 hours to freeze the amount of fresh
food as stated on the factory plate under “Freezing capac
-
ity ... kg / 24h”.
24 hours before freezing turn the temperature regula
-
tor from medium to low temperature. For food to rapidly
freeze, put in each package no more than:
• Fruit, vegetables up to 1 kg
• Meat up to 1 kg
Pack the food into the freezer bags, reusable plastic, metal
or aluminum containers.
Place the products into the freezer, so that the come in
contact with walls or floor.
Place the products so that they do not come into contact
with already frozen foods; thus preventing defrost.
In 24 hours after placing products again set the tempera
-
ture regulator to “4”.
Thawing food
Frozen food can be thawed in the following way:
• in the refrigerator compartment
• at room temperature
• in the microwave
• in the oven
Thawed products are subject to immediate processing.
Shelf life
*
Given shelf life is approximate.
The room temperature in which is the device,
number of products, time and frequency of open
-
ing the door of the device has an effect on the
cooling temperature and power consumption.
Economic power consumption
•
Do not block the vents.
•
Do not place the device near the oven, heating system
and electric heaters and avoid direct sunlight. Do not
leave the door of the device or freezer open for too long.
•
The power consumption depends on the selected cool
-
ing temperature.
•
In case when a thick layer of frost is formed in the de
-
vice, defrost it. It is recommended to annually clean the
rear wall of the device, because accumulated dust in
-
creases the power consumption.
•
Ambient temperature can affect power consumption.
Inner light
•
Power of the light bulbs 10 watts.
•
Cartridge E14.
•
Voltage 220-240 V~; 50 Hz
To replace the inner light, unplug the device.
1. Slide the cover for 3-5 mm, Pic. D-3.
2. Remove the cover, Pic. D-4.
3. Turn the bulb counterclockwise and pull it out, Pic. D-5.
4. Replace the bulb.
5. Slide the cover back and strengthen it.
Technical specification of the lighting must be
the same as indicated in the instructions or in
the inner informational sticker.
Defrost
A thick layer of frost in the device increases the power
consumption. It is therefore recommended not to allow the for
-
mation of a thick layer of frost and do the defrosting as needed.
Manual defrosting
1. Turn off the device with the help of temperature regulator,
position «0».
2. Unplug the device.
3. Take out all the products. Then remove the shelves and
containers.
4. Keep the door open.
5. Wait until frost and ice defrost.
6. Wipe the water with a dry cloth.
7. Thoroughly dry all the parts
When defrosting do not use heating devices.
Follow the safety instruction in order not to
damage the cooling system.
In case of power outage do not place new prod
-
ucts into the device and try not to open the door to
keep the low temperature inside the device. If you
know in advance about the power outage, place
in the top of the device several containers with ice
or frozen ice packs. If you plan to be away for a
long time on a vacation or a long trip, remove all
products and unplug it. Wash and dry it.
