Lighting and Operation
A.
This appliance is lit electronically. When
lighting, follow these instructions exactly.
B.
BEFORE LIGHTING
, perform a smell test for
gas around the entire appliance. Be sure to smell
next to and around the base of the appliance -
some gas is heavier than air and will settle on
the floor.
C.
Use only your hand to turn the gas control
knob on the gas supply (if equipped), never
use tools. If the valve will not turn by hand, do
not attempt to repair it. Call a qualified service
technician. Force or attempted repair may
result in a fire or explosion.
D.
Do not use the appliance if any part has been
under water. Immediately call an authorized
service technician to inspect the appliance and
replace any part which has been under water.
