OUTLAND FIREBOWL

®

 CYPRESS OWNER & SAFETY MANUAL 

SECTION 1:

 ASSEMBLY

STEP 1

  Enclosed are four bags of rocks, one factory installed 10' 

propane-rated hose with attached regulator, one propane tank 
stabilizer ring, one lid and one carry strap. 

SECTION 2:

 IGNITION

STEP 1

 Ensure that unit valve dial is in the 
“OFF” position by pushing and turning 
clockwise until the dial stops.

STEP 2 

Securely attach regulator 
(large end of hose) to your 
propane cylinder.

NOTE TO USER:

Before igniting the unit for the first time, follow steps one 
through 5 in the below Ignition section.

STEP 5

  The fourth bag of rocks are included as spares and 

labelled “Spare Rocks”. These can be stored and used as 
replacements or deployed for additional coverage depending on 
preference.

Our preferred configuration is 
pictured here.  
Never handle rocks which 
have not been allowed to 
cool from exposure to flame. 
Never attempt to rearrange 
rocks while unit is ignited. 

STEP 2

  Remove plastic bags containing the rocks, propane 

stabilizer ring and cover and carry kit.

STEP 3

  Open the two bags containing mid-sized rocks, labelled 

conveniently for you “M” and arrange in burner area. 

STEP 4

  Open the single bag containing larger sized rocks, labelled 

conveniently for you “L” and arrange on top of the medium sized 
rocks.

Your included Cover & Carry 
kit is to be used for storage and 
transportation as shown.

Note:  
•   Rocks are not to exceed a 

maximum weight of 2 kgs  
or 4.4 lbs.

•   Never use a lid to extinguish 

the flame on your Outland Firebowl

®

•   The lid and carry straps (Cover & Carry Kit) is to be used for 

storage and transportation only.

 WARNING:

Never use the lid to cover your Outland Firebowl® while the 
Firebowl burner is in operation. After use allow the Firebowl to 
cool for at least 10 minutes prior to deploying the lid and carry 
strap.
