Configure Channels - Transmit Screen
The
Transmit
screen enables configuration of regular,
automatic data transmissions to Primeweb using the SIM
card installed in the logger. Click the tick (
) to commit
configuration changes to the logger.
Enable Transmit
Enable switch
– When enabled, the logger will send
measurement, status and configuration data to
Primeweb, as defined by the settings below.
Commissioning Delay
Enable switch
– When enabled, the logger will activate
a delay in sending data to Primeweb, as defined below.
Send commission in
– Defines the delay (in seconds)
before the logger will send a data to Primeweb. The
logger will wait for the specified delay before sending
data (including the configuration of the logger) to allow
time for the unit to be installed in its final position.
Transmit Time
Transmit Frequency
– Specifies the transmission
interval unit of time in (hour, minute, daily).
Note: Transmitting more frequently than ‘daily’ will
affect the battery life of your logger.
Transmit every
– Specifies the time between
transmissions from the logger to Primeweb.
APN
– Defines the Access Point Name (APN) associated
with the SIM card fitted in the logger.
User Name
– Defines the user name for the SIM card
fitted in the logger (dependent on the SIM being fitted
and specified as part of the SIM account).
Password
– Defines the password for the SIM card fitted
in the logger (dependent on the SIM being fitted and
specified as part of the SIM account).
