Power on the thermal camera. 

 

Point the lens to the object. 

 

Press the "trigger" to freeze the thermal image and visible light image, continue to press 

the "trigger" or "OK & Homepage" to save the thermal image and visible light image, 

press the "Return & Power" cancel saving.
