take-a-peek function. (see pg. 10)

9.

NOTE:

Uneven toasting is usually due to bread slices of uneven thickness

and varying moisture or sugar content.

Your darkness setting is saved between toasting sessions so your

Toaster will revert to the last setting used.

Your OXO On Toaster is designed with a

fail-safe feature

 that prevents

the unit from overheating. When an overheat scenario is detected, the
heating elements are disabled and the unit cools down quickly.

CAUTION:

The top of the Toaster gets hot while in use. Do not touch during or

after toasting.

Do not use Toaster without the crumb tray installed.

WARNING:

Always unplug Toaster before cleaning and/or dislodging bread.

Do not use a knife or other tool to remove bread from the Toaster.

Never touch the internal parts of the Toaster.

Never force food into the toasting slots.

Do not place buttered breads, pastries with fillings or frostings,

sandwiches, or other food in the Toaster, as this could create a fire
hazard. The Toaster is only intended to toast sliced bread, bagels,
and other such dry bread products.

TO TOAST BREAD:

During the default toasting cycle, all heating elements are on until the chosen darkness
setting is reached or until the cycle is cancelled.
