The chromatic variations cut up and small size differences among ceramics pieces (if applicable to the
model of stove and/or boiler) do not represent a valid reason for claim; they are intrinsic characteristics
of this type of material.

The building and/or plumbing works that you might have carried out for the installation of your stove or
boiler.
•
This warranty is valid only for the buyer and cannot be transferred.
•
The replacement of pieces does not extend the warranty.
•
Compensations will not be granted because of basic inefficiency of the stove or a heating calculation that
was not properly carried out for a determined period of time.

This is the unique valid warranty and no one is authorized to bring any other on the name or on behalf of
OZ Energia

OZ Energia
does not grant any compensation for any direct or indirect damages caused by the product or
resulting from it.

Modifications to the electrical connections, components or the structure of the stove not authorized by
OZ Energia

INTERVENTION DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD
The interventions made within the warranty period include free repair, as per the laws in force.
The intervention query must be sent to the entity which sold the product.

reserves the right to include modifications in the manuals, warranties and prices without prior
notice.
JURISDICTION
Both parties, by passing and accepting the order, are submitted to the judges and courts of Lisbon (Portugal),
expressly excluding any other court.
