Saw teeth point toward the right of the unit when held
in the normal operating position. An arrow on the gear case
housing also indicates the direction of rotation.

The rails which the plunge run along must be kept free of dust and debris to ensure proper
operation of your biscuit joiner.
Keep the ventilation slots of the biscuit joiner clean at all times and prevent any foreign mat-
ter from entering. Blow out the unit through the rear ventilation slots with compressed air
periodically to ensure a dust free area around the switch.
If the housing of the biscuit joiner requires cleaning use a moist soft cloth only. Do not use
sovents.
The grease in the gearbox will require replacement/replenishment after extensive use of the
biscuit joiner. Please see your authorised service agent to provide this service.
Brushes should be replaced before they wear out. Both brushes should be replaced at the
same time. Please see your authorised service agent to provide this service.
