centrelines
The centreline of the workpiece and the centreline of the biscuit must be lined up accurately
to ensure a successful joint. Always measure the centrelines with a square. Always use a
pencil to make marks on your workpieces, so they can easily be removed on completion of
the joins.
The centreline marking procedure is outlined below:
Accurately measure the width of your workpiece. (Fig. 2)

Divide the measurement by 2 which will give you the distance

Mark a point several times across the face of the workpiece to
indicate the centre. (Fig. 3)
Using a ruler, mark the centreline across the entire face of the

make sure your biscuit joiner is unplugged before performing any of the preparation
and setup operations described in this manual.
assembling the dust bag
Ensure the zipper on the end of the dust bag (14) is closed.

Line up the flat edge on the dust bag (14) and dust port (13)

connection and push together firmly until the surfaces are
flush. (Fig. 1)
note:
Ensure that the clip securing the dust bag (14) to the plastic
connection is located in its recess.

Failure to unplug your biscuit joiner could result in accidental starting
causing possible serious personal injury.
