1. Slide the Extension Cord
Restraint onto the Upper
Handle.
3. Use the
supplied cable
clips to hold
cable in place.
1. Insert the Lower Handle
to Lower Handle Brackets
and fix in place with the
supplied bolts and nuts.
2. Connect to the Lower Handles by inserting the supplied bolts
and wing nuts

DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE
