TROUBLE SHOOTING
SD card not recording – Please format the SD card before use.
Playback and live is jittery – This will mostly be affected by your network and internet speed,
please lower the resolution until it plays smoothly.
Colours are wrong – This can be various reasons and normally does not constitute a fault.
This can be caused by unusual lighting, low light levels, not enough power or a view with
items too close affecting auto focus.
IP address keeps changing – Please disable DHCP in browser portal Network>IP Config
Hour format – This is factory set so your clock cannot be changed from 12hr to 24hr format
or vice versa.
Time setting – The time is automatically setup once you are connected to WiFi.
Battery charging – Please ensure you use a 1000mA USB power supply like what you have
for your mobile device and ensure unit is fully charged for 4-6 hours before use with battery
only. If you are using it plugged into USB power supply then as long as you do not unplug it
for the first 6 hours you can use it immediately.
Please use this device responsibly, covert cameras help many people resolve issues of theft
and abuse, however using them for nefarious purposes is not only immoral, but illegal and
may land you in court or even jail.
