TROUBLESHOOTING

WARNING

Do not open or disassemble the product. Opening the product can prove hazardous and will void the warranty.

ATTENTION!

In the event that the product is defective or damaged, contact the dealer you purchased the luminaires from, 
or P.L. Light Systems directly. Never switch on a defective or damaged luminaire.

The luminaire does not 
emit any light

• The luminaire is 

switched off

• No voltage is present
• The luminaire 

temperature is too 
high

• The voltage  

is too low

Check the voltage and ensure 
that it is within the specified 
value range.
Reset the luminaire by 
disconnecting the voltage from 
the luminaire for

5 seconds 

and then reconnecting.
In the event that the luminaire 
switches off again, lower the 
ambient temperature.

• Luminaire is defective

Return the luminaire for repair.

The luminaire only half 
lights up or flashes

Defect in the 
electrical circuit

Reset the luminaire by 
disconnecting the voltage from
