Assembly and commissioning
After unpacking the brush cutter, prepare it for
use.
Loosen the hand nuts to adjust the handle bar.
Swing the handle bar up to the desired position
and retighten the hand nuts.
Pull the handle for the recoil starter up to the
holder on the right hand side of the handle bar
and rotate the starter cord into the holder.
Fill with 0.4 l of engine oil before use.
The oil level must be between the two marks on
the dipstick.
Fill with an SAE 30 engine oil. (Alternatively use
10W-30 or 15W-40).
Fill the tank with petrol. (Regular unleaded
octane 92)
Pump the primer bulb 3 to 5 times before start-
up. (cold start only).
Push the throttle fully forwards when starting to
activate the choke.
When the engine starts, pull back slightly on the
throttle to deactivate the choke.
