Adjust engine belt
Ensure that the engine belt is correctly always tensioned.
•
First, loosen the four fitting bolts.
•
Next, tighten equally the two adjustment
brackets (no. 36 and no. 38 on the
exploded view drawing).
•
Once the engine belt is tensioned, re-
tighten securely the engine fitting bolts.
The cutter belt is automatically adjusted to the correct tension by a spring-loaded
tensioning wheel.
Lubricate the blade axles
The three bearings on the blade axles must be lubricated after every 10 hours of
operation.
Lubricate the wheel bearings
Lubricate the heavy-duty mulch mower’s two wheel bearings and the two bushings on
height-adjustment lever between the wheels after every 20 hours of operation.
Joints
Regularly check that all joints are correctly tightened.
