Add Engine Oil
•
Make sure that mower is standing on a level surface.
•
Remove the oil plug/dipstick to check the oil level and add oil according to the
specifications.
•
The oil level can be read on the dipstick: take out the dipstick, wipe it and put it back in
the hole. Take it out and read the oil level on the dipstick. The oil should reach
somewhere between the min. and max. marks.
•
The oil level should be checked before each use, as the engine will be damaged by a lack
of oil.
NOTE: During the break-in period check the engine oil level often.
CAUTION
DO NOT attempt to crank or start the engine before it has been properly filled
with the recommended type and amount of oil. Damage to the mower engine as a
result of failure to follow these instructions will void your warranty.
Add Gasoline to Fuel Tank
•
Use only clean, fresh, regular unleaded fuel with a
minimum 92 octane rating. DO NOT mix oil with fuel.
•
Remove the fuel cap and slowly add fuel to the tank.
DO NOT overfill allow approximately .64cm of space
for fuel expansion.
•
Screw on the fuel cap and wipe away any spilled fuel.
