7.
Place the metal absorber washer back on the bottom driver.
8.
Set the bottom guide section back in the housing and remember to insert the new thin
section bottom housing O-ring.
9.
Re-fit the anti-vibration springs in the handles and put them back in the top and
bottom handle cups. Once the parts are fitted correctly there will be resistance from
the springs – this is normal.
10.
Fit the bolts in the bottom driver section using new thread lock. The bolts and the area
around these must be cleaned using a degreasing agent to remove all of the lubricant
remnants. If there are remnants of lubricant the thread lock will not work. Tighten the
bolts to 14.50 Nm.
11.
Add about four spoonfulls (80 ml) of new EP 0 lubricant to the crank area and fit the
crank housing’s bolts with new thread lock. Clean the bolts and holes using a
degreasing agent to remove all of the lubricant remnants. If there are remnants of
lubricant the thread lock will not work.
Important! All of the bolts must be tightened correctly in an alternate pattern,
otherwise damage to the machine may occur if the bolts become loose or are lost
because of faulty fitting.
