Adjusting the cutting height
Turn clockwise to decrease the cutting height. Turn counter
clockwise to increase the cutting height.
Stopping the machine
Before carrying out any activity near the machine, switch off the engine and wait for
the blades to stop rotating. Always switch off the machine when leaving it.
Never leave the machine running at maximum speed or idling for a long time with the
drive and blade clutches disengaged, otherwise it risks damaging the machine’s drive
elements (V-belt, pulley, clutch pulley).
If you want to stop the machine moving, release the forward drive handle on the left
side of the handlebar. The machine will stop moving forwards, but the blades will
continue to rotate. To stop the rotation of the blades, release the blade clutch on the
right side of the handlebar and the rotations will be stopped by the safety brake.
To stop the engine, set the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position.
In case of critical situations, release the handles immediately. This will disengage the
forward drive and the blades. The engine will continue to run. The engine must be
switched off separately.
