Turn the pressure control fully to the left (anti-
clockwise) to the lowest setting.

If equipment has been stored for a long time,
the inlet filter should be checked for dirt and
other blockages.
Straining the paint
If the paint container has been opened before, it may contain dried paint or other
impurities that will cause problems with clogging the equipment, especially the nozzle.
To avoid this, we recommend straining the paint before use. Paint strainers can be
bought where you normally buy your paint.
Place the strainer over a clean container and pour the paint through the strainer to
collect the dried paint and other impurities which otherwise can cause problems
when you spray paint.
