Aiming the spray gun
Aim towards the lowest corner of the previous stroke and make sure there is a half
stroke overlap.
Spray pattern quality
A good spray pattern is distributed evenly when it hits the surface.
•
The spray must be atomized (evenly distributed and without gaps at the corners).
If there are still gaps in the spray pattern at the highest spray pressure:
•
The nozzle may be worn. See the chart in the section about selecting a nozzle pressure
on page 30.
•
It may be necessary to select a smaller nozzle.
•
It may be necessary to dilute the material. Always follow the manufacturer's
instructions.
