Replacement of pulley
When required.
Replacement of flails

Replacements of V-belt
The V-belt must be checked after a
maximum of a few hours of operation
and retightened if necessary.
Replace as needed.
Tightening of bolts
Check all bolts and retighten after the
first operation hours.
Pay special attention to bolts on the
roller bearing housing and the bolts on
the pulleys.
Gear oil
Check the oil level in the right angle gear
and top up if necessary. See section
Lubrication.
The gear oil must be changed at least
every 2 years.
Lubrication
Lubricate the machine according to the
instructions in the section Lubrication.
Proper servicing and adjustment is the basis for the long life of all agricultural
machinery. With thorough and systematic inspection, expensive maintenance, time
and repair can be saved.
WARNING
For safety reasons, all maintenance tasks must be done while the PTO
is disengaged, and the flail mower must be lowered all the way to the
ground, the tractor’s engine must be switched off, the parking brake
engaged and the ignition key removed.

After a maximum of a few hours of operation, check all bolts to ensure that
they are tight and check the V-belt tension.

Replace all worn, damaged and unreadable safety labels. Order them from the
supplier.
