DANGER
POTENTIAL SHOCK HAZARD
The following steps are to be
performed by
qualified service
personnel only
. Removal of the
rear panel exposes line voltage
parts. Service personnel must
insure that AC power cord is dis-
connected when installing jumper
wire (step #5) and disconnecting
jumper wire (step #9).
2. Remove the 12 screws securing the Rear Panel to the
system chassis.
3. Lay the Rear Panel on the work surface exposing the
inside of the system.
4. Locate the 2 Pin Header inside the power source
chassis near the rear and center.
5. Place a jumper wire across the pins.
6. Install the AC power cord. Place the
POWER
Switch
in the ON (“1”) position. The system is now in
Calibration ("CAL") Mode.
7. Press the
TIP OFFSET
Key to exit Calibration ("CAL")
Mode. After a few seconds, any password will be
removed.
8. Place the
POWER
Switch in the OFF (“0”) position.
Disconnect the AC power cord.
9. Remove the jumper wire.
10. Replace the rear panel cover using the screws removed
in step #2. Install the AC power cord.
