The same database file name (*.DBF file) cannot be used to do another backup.
You must create new database file name if you want to do another backup. For example:
if you backup your system using AFGR9.DBF as the file name. You cannot do another
backup using AFGR9.DBF file name, doing so duplicate user template will occur.

GET Template
means receive the information from the system (backup
the system database).

(get template) icon, the screen
will show
SEND template
means send the database (*.DBF file) to the system.

then select the existing template database to
send to the system, i.e. AFGR9.DBF, and the
screen will show as shown on figure 11.5.
