The query message specifies the points addresses to be controlled. Addresses may start
from 0 to 65535.
The requested ON / OFF states are specified in the query data field. A logical ' 1 ' in a bit
position of the field requests the corresponding address to be ON. A logical ' 0 ' requests it to
be OFF. Of course, the control will be executed if the configuration allows this operation.

The normal response returns the slave address, function code, starting address, and
quantity of points forced ( echo of the request ).
NOTES:
1) The response always echo the number of points to be controlled
by the SCADA (even if the control of the point was not
successful).
2) It is recommended to force small quantities of points, especially
for time response.
