Mainboard
1.
Remove the battery, keyboard, hard drive and top cover as
described above.
2.
Disconnect all cables from the mainboard.

3.
Lift out the mainboard.
Note:
The CPU is soldered on the mainboard and does not require further disassembly.
Memory Modules
1.
Remove the mainboard as described above.
2.
Remove the memory module from the backside of the mainboard.
To do so, push the clips aside and lift out the module.
