We use this method to import media that was exported to another hard disk or CD.
Select
Import Media
from the [Tool] menu.

You can back up the additional information (Media DB) of the Media added to Media Organizer
to your hard disk drive and also recover the backup Media DB. You can use this function to
recover a backup-up Media DB or copy the Media DB to other systems in case it is damaged by
power failure or abrupt system shutdown.

Select
Backup all Media DB
from the [Tool] menu.
If the screen where you can set the location of backup files appears, select the location and click on
Save
. If a message saying ‘Completed Backup successfully’ pops up, click on
OK
to end DB backup.

You can select media files and data in Media Organizer for backup. Select
Media DB Backup
from the [Tool] menu. If the Media DB Backup screen appears, drag the selected Audio Album
or Photo Album and click on Backup. When the screen where you can set the location of back-
up files appears, select the location and click on
Save
. If a message saying ‘Completed Backup
successfully’ pops up, click on
OK
to end DB backup.

You can recover backup media files in Media Organizer. From the [Tool] menu, select
Recover
Media DB
. If the Media DB Recover Screen pops up, select the files you want to recover and
click on
Recover
. Select recovering option and click on
OK
. If you select
Add New
, the recov-
ered album will be added, and if you select Recover Existing Album, the existing album will
back up. When it says ‘Recovered successfully,’ click on
OK
to end Media DB Recovery.
