Cannot do Auto Charging
A
1. Check if robot opens auto charging function. Click “Settings” and check if “Robot Self Charging” opened.
2. Using charger to charge robot, if the indicator light is red means the robot can charge successfully.
3. Plug charger into charging base, and pull robot to charge through the charging base. If the indicator light is red, it
means the robot can charge successfully.
4. It’s normal when battery indicator flashes when charging; if indicator flashes when not charging, please check
robot’s hardware.

Does it support 4G LTE card
A
Yes, it support 4G LTE card, and also support WiFi.

How to set up video invitation?
A
Log in PadBot Telepresence Admin App, and click “Invite” button in Main Interface to set up video invitation.
Share invitation with relative people, so they can join the meeting conveniently.

Does it support setting up several invitations?
A
Yes, administrator can set up several invitations. Open PadBot Telepresence Admin App, choose the robot,
administrator can check already set video invitations. And click “+” in this page for adding new invitations.

How to join the video chat?
A
Click the invitation links received from Facebook to join, or use “Scan” function in PadBot Telepresence
Admin App to scan QR Code of the invitation to join.
