Tips for the Perfect Grind
1.
The key to flavourful coffee is using
freshly ground coffee beans. For
best results, grind coffee beans
between 5 to 20 days after the
“roasted on” date.
2.
Coffee flavour and strength will
vary depending on the grind size
and quantity of grinds used. Adjust
the grind settings and time to find
your personal preference.
3.
Store coffee beans in a dark,
cool and dry place to preserve
freshness. Use a sealed container
to lock in the flavour.
4.
Buying whole beans in small
batches will reduce the storage
time of the coffee beans and
maximize the flavour.
5.
For best results, brew grinds
immediately after grinding. If they
must be stored, use the sealed
grinds container to ensure the
grinds do not lose their flavour
or aroma.
6.
If the grind size setting is changed,
run the grinder for 10-15 seconds.
Discard the grinds and run the
machine again at desired grind
amount. This step will ensure the
grind size is consistent.
7.
Clean the Upper Hopper and
conical burrs regularly.
