6.2 Extraordinary maintenance
Installation, replacement of any components, repairing and
extraordinary maintenance operations must be performed by a
qualified and conveniently trained technician. For these opera
-
tions, please follow the indications provided in the installation
and adjustment manual.
6.3 Resolution of any problems
Please find below a summary of the device main abnormal fun

ctioning situations with the suggestion of some interventions to
restore the blind normal operation.
For safety reasons and warranty validity, please remember that
the user must not perform any mechanical or electrical interven-
tion but he must contact the technician.
Option 1: (Motorised version) After pushing the movement buttons, the motor does not emit any sound
and the blind does not move.
Option 2: The fabric does not remain spread
Possible cause
Solution
Missing voltage to the motor
Contact the technician if the network current is regularly
supplied and the motor does not respond.
Remote control dead battery
(for versions with remote control only)
Replace the battery
Motor thermal protection (usually after frequent use)
Wait 15 minutes before reactivating the blind. If the problem
occurs frequently, contact the technician.
