6.4 ASSEMBLY DIAGRAM
In Fig. 6, an assembly diagram is shown in an exemplary
manner, it must not be installed in a shared flue.
A) Seal
B)
External air intake (under fire bed)
C) Heat recovery grill
with minimal section 1263
cm2
D)
Counter-hood and fireproof load-bearing structure
E)
Cladding in ceramic fibre or rock wool with external
aluminium foil
F) Shield the wooden parts with flame retardant
material
G)
Minimum distance between the cladding and
ECOMONOBLOCCO WT 78, 20 mm
H) INLET HEAT EXCHANGE AIR. The minimum
section for the air passage must be not less than
842 cm2
•
For a correct installation, the smoke channel between
the ECOMONOBLOCCO WT 78 and the chimney should
be made in airtight sealing, with material suitable for high
temperatures, between all the union joints.
•
If the ECOMONOBLOCCO WT 78 is to be installed on
a flue previously used by other fireplaces it is necessary
to carry out a thorough cleaning to prevent anomalous
operations and prevent the fire of unburned substances
which are deposited on the inner walls of the same.
• Improper installation can affect the safety of the
equipment.
