12.7 Main standards respected and to respect
Directive 2014/35 EU: "Electrical equipment designed
for use within certain voltage limits'.
Directive 2014/30 EU: "The approximation of the laws
of the Member States relating to electromagnetic
compatibility".
Directive 89/391/EEC: "Implementation of measures
to encourage improvements in the safety and health of
workers at work".
Regulation (EU) n. 305/2011 of the European Parliament
and of the Council dated 9 March 2011 , laying down
harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction
products and repealing the Directive 89/106/EEC of the
Council text with EEA relevance.
Directive 85/374/EEC: "On the approximation of the laws,
regulations and administrative provisions of the Member
States concerning liability for defective products".
Directive 2014/53 EU: "On radio equipment and
telecommunications terminal equipment and the mutual
recognition of their conformity".
12.8 Responsibility of the manufacturer
With the delivery of this manual, Palazzetti declines all
responsibility, both civil and criminal, direct or indirect,
due to:
- installation non-complying with the existing regulations
in the country and with the safety directives;
- partial or total non-compliance with the instructions
contained in this manual;
- installation by unqualified and/or non-trained personnel;
- use not in compliance with the safety directives;
- modifications and/or repairs not authorised by the
manufacturer carried out on the product;
- lack of maintenance;
- extraordinary events
12.9 Technical assistance and maintenance
Palazzetti has a dense network of service centres with
specialized, trained and skilled technicians.
The headquarters and our sales network is at your
disposal to direct you to the nearest authorized service
centre.
12.10 Spare Parts
Use only genuine spare parts.
Do not wait until the components are worn by use before
proceeding to their replacement.
Replace a worn component before its breaking favours
the prevention of accidents arising from accidents caused
by the sudden breakage of components which may cause
serious damages to persons and objects.

Identification plate
The serial number plate is placed under the furnace on
the right side of the fireplace (accessible by raising the
fire plane and the underlying parts) and contains all the
data relating to the product, including the data of the
manufacturer, the serial number and the brand name .
The serial number must always be indicated for any type
of request regarding the fireplace.
12.12 Delivery of the appliance
The appliance is delivered perfectly packaged and fixed
to a wooden platform which allows handling it using fork
lift trucks and/or other means.
Inside of the fireplace there is the following material:
- Manual for use, installation and maintenance;
- Product handbook
- Barcode label
- Plant booklet;
- Protective glove;
- Cold handle for opening combustion air register.
