Problem
Solution
I cannot see any of the
applications installed
with the Bluetooth Card
on my handheld.
If you have multiple users on your Palm Desktop software,
make sure that you are installing the files to the correct user
name. In addition, all files must be loaded onto the
handheld. You cannot install the Bluetooth Card files onto
the card itself.
I get an error message when I try
to launch one of the applications
installed with the Bluetooth Card.
Make sure that the Bluetooth Card is seated properly in the
handheld. See
for directions
on how to insert the card.
Problem
Solution
I get an error message when I try
to dial a phone number using my
handheld.
You may need to go through the discovery process on both
the phone and your handheld. Before you go through the
discovery process on the handheld, make sure your mobile
phone is equipped with Bluetooth technology and is set to
discoverable. See the documentation included with your
phone for assistance.
