Customizing Display Options for Your Calendar

Agenda
box and set any of the following
Agenda
view options:

Show Due Tasks
displays tasks that are due today and
tasks that are overdue.

Show Messages
displays the number of read and unread
email messages.

Background
displays a favorite picture as the
Agenda
view
background. Check the
Background
box, select the picture
thumbnail, and then select a picture. Adjust the fade setting so that the text is
easy to read against the picture.
Tip:
If you synchronize with Microsoft Outlook and your events include other
people, a
With
field appears in the
Details
dialog box and your attendee
information appears in this field after you synchronize.
