CONSEJOS DE SEGURIDAD
Cuando se utilizan aparatos eléctricos, han de seguirse siempre unas determinadas precauciones de seguridad,
incluyendo las siguientes:
- Con el fin de asegurar un funcionamiento correcto, por favor, leer con atención estas instrucciones.
- Este producto no está permitido para uso infantil u otras personas sin asistencia o supervisión si su estado físico,
sensorial o mental le limita de usarlo con seguridad. Los niños deberían ser supervisados para asegurar que no
juegan con dicho producto.
- Esta báscula es un instrumento electrónico de precisión. Con el fin de asegurar lecturas fiables, tratar de colocar
los pies siempre en el mismo lugar en la báscula y permanecer quieto.
- Tratar la báscula con cuidado. No dejarla caer ni saltar sobre ella. La báscula es de gran duración, pero un uso
incorrecto o un uso indebido puede dar como resultado un mal funcionamiento de los sensores electrónicos.
- Nunca sumergir la báscula en agua. Para limpiar su superficie, utilizar un trapo húmedo o un limpia cristales.
- No abrir ni desmontar la báscula, ni sus componentes.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
1. Abrir la tapa de la batería en el lado posterior de la báscula.
2.
Colocar 2 pilas de litio CR2032 (incluidas) en el receptáculo de las pilas. Después cerrar la tapa de las pilas. (Fig. 1)
3. Seleccionar la unidad de medida del peso que se desee entre Lb/kg. (Fig. 2)
4. Colocar la báscula sobre un suelo resistente y plano.
5. Si se visualiza un número distinto de 0,0 kg, por favor esperar unos segundos hasta que automáticamente se
apague; si no se indica nada en la pantalla, por favor pasar por alto el siguiente paso.
6. Con el pie, apretar sobre la báscula firmemente hasta que se visualice “H1”. (Fig. 3)
7. Importante. Esperar hasta que se visualice “0,0” antes de colocarse sobre la báscula. (Fig. 4)
8. Colocarse sobre la báscula (la pantalla centelleará) y permanecer quieto, el peso medido será indicado en la
pantalla. (Fig. 5)
9. Pisar fuera de la báscula, y cuando aparezca “0,0” se puede efectuar otra medición.
Nota: Si mueve la báscula del lugar habitual, puede causar lecturas de peso erróneas las primeras veces.
GUÍA DE LOCALIZACIÓN DE AVERÍAS
Si ocurre cualquier dificultad en la utilización de la báscula:
1. Comprobar si las pilas están colocadas correctamente.
2 Comprobar que se ha seleccionado la unidad correcta Lb/kg.
3. Comprobar si la báscula está situada sobre un suelo plano, nivelado y no toca ninguna pared.
4. Asegurarse de no colocarse sobre la báscula hasta que se haya visualizado “0,0 kg”.
5. Si cuando se aprieta sobre la báscula para activarla, no hay ninguna visualización o se visualiza “LO” - probar
colocando dos nuevas pilas. (Fig. 6)
6. Si se visualiza “0_Ld”, la báscula ha sido sobrecargada. (Fig. 7)

IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
When using electrical appliances, certain basic safety precautions must be followed, including the following:
- In order to ensure correct operation, please read these instructions carefully.
- This product must not be used by children or by other people without assistance or supervision if their physical,
sensory or mental condition limits safe use of the appliance. Children must be watched to make sure that they do
not play with the appliance.
- These scales are a precision electronic instrument. One of the most difficult things to weigh is the human body
because it is constantly moving. In order to ensure reliable readings, try to put your feet always in the same place
on the scales and remain still.
- Treat the scales with care. Never drop or jump on them. Our scales are designed for a long life, but incorrect use
or handling may cause malfunctions of the electronic sensors.
- Never immerse the scales in water. To clean the surface, use a damp cloth or a window cleaner.
- Do not open or disassemble the scales or its components.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Open the lid of the battery compartment on the rear of the scales.
2. Put 2 CR2032 lithium batteries (included) in the battery compartment. Then close the battery compartment cover.

3 Select the desired measuring unit between Lb/kg. (Fig. 2)
4. Place the scales on a hard, flat floor.
5. If a number other than 0.0 kg is displayed, wait for seconds until it turns off automatically. If the display remains
blank, ignore the next step.
6. Press on the scales firmly with your foot until “H1” is displayed. (Fig. 3)
7. Important note. Wait until «0.0» is displayed before standing on the scales. (Fig. 4)
8. Stand on the scales (the display will blink) and remain still. The weight measured will be displayed. (Fig. 5)
9. Step off the scales and when “0.0” appears, you can weigh again.
Note: If the scales are moved from their usual position, this can cause inaccurate weight readings the first few times the
scales are used.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
If any problems occur with use of the scales:
1. Check that the batteries are inserted correctly.
2. Check that the correct unit has been selected: Lb/kg.
3. Check that the scales are placed on a flat, level floor and are not touching against any wall.
4. Do not stand on the scales until “0.0 kg” is displayed.
5. If the display remains blank or “LO” is displayed when you press on the scales to turn them on, try inserting new
batteries. (Fig. 6)
6. If “0_Ld” is displayed, the scales have been overloaded. (Fig. 7)
