To ensure correct use, read this Manual carefully before using the Aicure.
Precautions for Safe Use
To prevent injury and accidents, be sure to observe the following instructions.
Carefully read this manual before installing, operating, or inspecting the Aicure for proper use.
Before using the Aicure, the operators must have a thorough understanding of the equipment, safety
information, and miscellaneous cautions on its use.
In this manual, there are two levels of safety precautions: "Warning" and "Caution".
Warning Indicates an imminent hazard that will result in death or serious physical injury of the
operator if not avoided.

Indicates an imminent hazard that will result in serious physical injury of the operator or
property damage if not avoided.

While the lamp is lighted, protect your eyes and skin from direct exposure to the light from lamp
and any strong reflections. Wear UV-filtering goggles during operation.
The wavelengths of some UV rays generated by this product are extremely short. Exposure of
the skin or eyes to direct UV light and any strong reflections will cause skin inflammation
(sunburn), and in the eyes, after a latent period of several hours, pain and watering of the eyes
will occur, making it difficult to keep the eyes open.
Caution
Indicates an imminent hazard that will result in serious physical injury of the operator or in damage to
property if not avoided.

Turn the POWER switch off and unplug the power cord before repairing or adjusting this
product.

There are high-voltage circuits in this product. Do not operate this product with any live section
exposed. Do not repair or adjust it while the power is on. Otherwise, you may receive an
electrical shock.

Make sure to ground this product. Otherwise, you may receive an electrical shock.

Before removing the cover to replace the lamp, leave the lamp switched off for at least 30
minutes to allow it to cool to room temperature.
Be careful not to be burned by the lamp: during operation and immediately after it is turned off, it
is at high temperature and pressure. In addition, if the lamp is broken, the explosion may cause
glass to fly through the air and cause injuries.

Do not try to disassemble or modify this product. Otherwise, fires or electrical shocks may be
caused.

When operating the LAMP ON/OFF button, make sure that the lead wire is securely connected
to the positive terminal of the lamp. Keep the lead wire from contacting the frame. Otherwise,
you may receive an electrical shock when operating the LAMP ON/OFF button.

Make sure to close the irradiation shutter when installing or detaching the light guide fiber unit
while the lamp is lighted.
If the eyes or skin are exposed to direct light from the lamp or any strong reflections, skin
inflammation (sunburn) or painful eyes will be caused.

Unplug the power cord by pulling the plug, not the cord. Otherwise, the power cord may break
and cause electrical shock or short circuit, resulting in fire.

If the power cord or plug is damaged, or if contact between the plug and receptacle is loose, do
not use the product. Otherwise, electrical shocks or short circuit may be caused, resulting in fire.
●
Unplug this product when not in use to prevent insulation deterioration, which may cause
electrical shock or fire due to electrical leakage.
