Display status
The following information is displayed on the screen.

Recording mode
Indicates the recording mode of the clip at the cursor po-
sition.
3.
System format
Indicates the recording format of the clip at the cursor po-
sition.
4.
Duration
Indicates the length (duration) of the clip at the cursor po-
sition and the rough current playback position in relation to
the length of the clip.
Playback position display is enabled when “RESUME” is
selected in the “PB POSITION” (
➝
page 94) menu item.
When the playback start position is not the beginning of
the clip, the rough current playback position is indicated.
5.
Number of selected clips, playback time display and
bonding device information
When “THUMBNAIL INFO” on the “INFORMATION SEL.”
(
➝
page 95) menu item is selected, the number of clips
selected on the thumbnail screen and the playback times
for each are displayed.

When “BONDING DEV. INFO” is selected, the signal
strength and battery information for the bonding device is
displayed.
6.
Clip information display
One of the following is indicated: TC (time code), UB (user
bits) at the start of clip recording, time of shooting, day of
shooting, date and time of shooting, clip name, user clip
name, and slot number.

7.
Thumbnail
Shows the thumbnail recorded for each clip. You can use
the EXCH.THUMBNAIL function to change this thumbnail.
