Enter the Menus, and setup the camera

First, setup the format that you want to record your production at.

Use the Menu Button to call up the menus.

Use the toggle stick to navigate through the 

menus.

Up, Down - Move through the Main menus

Left, Right - Move into sub menus

Push toggle stick in to select a function

Our Default recording format is: HE 1080/60i.

This allows a 8GB chip to record up to 180min.
