Connectivity
Cannot connect to
wireless camera,
connection is unstable.
Other wireless devices are interfering with the
camera’s wireless signal.
•
Move the wireless LAN device further away
from the BL-WV10 and camera.
Another wireless LAN device is using the same
channel as the BL-WV10 and wireless camera.
•
Change the wireless channel used by the
BL-WV10.
Obstacles between the BL-WV10 and the camera
are interfering with the wireless signal.
•
Refer to the wireless communication
information on page 4 and clear the signal
path of any obstacles, or move the BL-WV10
and camera closer.
•
Connect the camera using a wired connection
if convenient.
Issue
Causes and Solutions
You cannot connect to a
camera after registering it
for the MAC address filter.
To register MAC address filtering for a
wireless-compatible camera, register both MAC
addresses assigned to the camera (the MAC
addresses for the camera’s wired interface and its
wireless interface). Refer to the operating
instructions included with your camera for
information on confirming the camera’s MAC
addresses.
