You can control power consumption by setting CPU performance separately for “AC
adaptor connected” and “AC adaptor disconnected (i.e., running on batteries).” For
performance settings, select either [Maximum Performance], [Automatic], [Battery Opti-
mized Performance] or [Maximum Battery].
