About the bootable disk image
The following six types of bootable disk images can be used with the B’s Recorder preinstalled in this computer.

The program to restore the backup data by using the B’s Recorder “HDD Backup” function.
NOTE
Bootable disk images BSDOS1.BIN and BSDOS2.BIN are specially designed for this computer. (Contains
KMEUSB.SYS)
In the default setting, images BSDOS1.BIN and BSDOS2.BIN are selected.
If you boot the system using a disk created using bootable disk image BSDOS3.BIN or BSDOS4.BIN, one of the fol-
lowing error messages will be displayed, but this is not a malfunction.
<When booting the system on this computer>
• Not found CDROM !!
Check CD-ROM power and IDE cable.
CD-ROM drive is not available.
<When booting the system on a computer is connected an ATAPI (IDE) drive>
• CD-ROM Drive is not ready, aborting installation.
This computer cannot be booted using a disk created using bootable disk image BSDOS5.BIN or BSDOS6.BIN.
If you want to share a bootable disk with a CF-W2 series or CF-Y2 series, select bootable disk image BSDOS3.BIN or
BSDOS4.BIN.
If you have uninstalled B’s Recorder or B’s CLiP accidentally:
Reinstall it by following the steps below.
