Combine 250 - 375 ml (1 to 1½ cups)
water with the juice and peel of one
lemon in a 2 quart microwave safe
bowl. After water fi nishes boiling, wipe
interior of oven with a cloth.
You can also use a combination of sev-
eral whole cloves and ¼ cup of vinegar
with 1 cup of water.
