Universal Night Answer to Page
Description
During night mode, Universal Night Answer (UNA) sends incoming calls for selected trunks to ring
external paging speakers. Universal Night Answer calls can be picked up from any extension,
provided the extension’s Class of Service allows UNA answer. Beginning with Version 3.5 and
higher, this feature can be programmed so that incoming calls ring on both external paging speakers
and at extensions with CO/MCO appearances on FF keys (Key Telephones only).
