Short Text Messages
You can receive, display, edit and/or send short text messages, of up to 160
characters to mobile phones on the same network or any network that has a roaming
agreement.
Setting the Phone for Text Messages
Before you can send a message you must enter the Message Centre number into
Parameters (your Service Provider will supply the Message Centre number).
The Message Centre number may have been preprogrammed, on your SIM card.
