d ire c tio n , w h ile p ressin g b utto ns on both sides
o f th e tan k.

s o a k th e felt p art in s id e o f th e
c a p (ab o u t 5-6 seco n d s).
• The hair straightener may have difficulty
releasing steam if the felt is dry. In this
case, thoroughly soak the felt
(approxim ately 10 minutes) before use.
3 Fill th e ta n k w ith w ater, and th en se cu re ly
attach th e plug.
• Use only tap water. (Use of other types of w ater may dam age the
hair straightener.)
• Be sure not to let d irt get between the plug and tank. (D irt may
cause w ater leakage.) W ipe off excess w ater before attaching
the tank. (Excess w ater may cause hot w ater droplets to be
generated.)

• N ote s
• Note that the surface of the hair straightener becom es hot if
used w ithout water.
• The hair straightener can be used for approxim ately 10 minutes
on a full tan k of water.
• Before attaching the tank to the hair straightener, be sure to
shake the hair straightener 2-3 tim es with the open (tank) end
facing down to drain out any water. Hot w ater droplets may be
discharged if w ater remains in the hair straightener.
