Lower legs
Clamp the lower
legs from their two
sides and backs and
squeeze them.
Shoulders
Clamp the shoulder and the upper arms sidelong
and squeeze and knead them.
Pelvises
Clamp the waist sidelong and impose pressure on the
hip along the down-up direction.
Ankles
Wrap the ankles and squeeze them.
Shoulders
Fix the shoulders from the sides and push the back
forward through the massage wheels to stretch the
muscles close to the scapula and the chest.
Wrists
Clamp the parts between the arms and the wrists
along the up-down direction.
Feet
The left air bag and the right air bag are inflated
alternately to conduct acupressure for the feet while
moving them left and right.

Legs and waist
Stretch the waist through the massage wheels, fix the lower
body through the air bags close to the upper legs, the lower

and the seat surface is possibly poor in leg stretch.
