Enclosure Components 

Each 22U, 13U or 6U cabinet can be fitted with standard and optional face plates, equipment 

plates, ancillary racks, etc. The available plates as follows: 

  FT1020G3 6U face plate with OWS display module integrated 

  19 Inch Rack equipment plate for FT1020G3 or FT128 

  Standard ancillary 3U rack for mounting display modules 

  Standard 3U blank rack to fill up the unused racks 

  10HP Blank cover (125 x 50 mm) to cover unused display module 

  4HP Blank cover (125 x 20 mm) to cover unused power monitor module 

  Standard plates for mounting MCP, 20HP Plate (125 x 100 mm) 

  ASE options: Romteck ASE mounting bracket, Tyco ASE mounting bracket and 

Code Red ASE mounting bracket 

  Battery shelf 6U for 19 Inch rack cabinet 

22U or 13U 19” rack cabinets are suitable for both FT1020G3 or FT128, each system 

requires its own 6U face plate rack equipment. Choosing either system to use 22U or 13U 

enclosure is dependent on the number of options added to each system. All ancillary racks 

are 3U which can be fitted with every possible optional module. 1U is left opened below 

both 19” rack cabinets for easy access and storage of site documentation. A 003 key is 

required to open the outer acrylic door to access the controls on the panel. 
 

5.3 

New G3 Boards 

5.3.1 

Main Control Board 5012 

The new 5012 and 5015 are redesigned with more modern components resulting in better 

performance and future proof hardware. Main control board 5012 replaces  5010  and 

display driver board 5015 replaces 5011 and are fully backwards compatible. 
The following are some of the features: 

  Improved design with over voltage protection, improved drivers and more accurate 

current limitation.
