(Advisory Circular) 120-76A or JAA: JAA TGL 

(Temporary Guidance Leaflets) No.36.

This computer is not intended for use in medical 

equipment including life-support systems, air traffic 

control systems, or other equipment, devices or 

systems that are involved with ensuring human life 

or safety. Panasonic cannot be held responsible 

in any way for any damages or loss resulting from 

the use of this unit in these types of equipment, 

devices or systems, etc.

This computer has been designed so as to 

minimize shock to the LCD and hard disk drive, the 

leakage of liquid (e.g., water) on to the keyboard, 

etc., but no warranty is provided against such 

trouble. Therefore, as a precision instrument, be 

extremely careful in the handling.

Do Not Charge the Battery Using Methods

If the battery is not charged using one of 

the specified methods, electrolyte leakage, 

generation of heat, ignition or rupture may 

result.

Do Not Throw the Product Into a Fire or 

Expose It to Excessive Heat

Avoid Extreme Heat (Near the Fire, In Direct 

Sunlight, for Example)

Shocks, Disassemble, or Modify It

Unplug the AC Plug

• Unusual smell emitted

Continuing to use this product while any of the 

above conditions are present may result in fire 

or electric shock.

• If a malfunction or trouble occurs, 

immediately turn the power off and unplug 

the AC plug. Then contact your technical 

support office for repair.
