Conference calls
A conference call allows the cordless
handset and the base unit or a compatible
Panasonic handset (page 4) to speak
together with an outside party.
Note:

When you page all units, the user who
answers first can establish a conference
call.
Using the cordless handset

During an outside call, press

.
More than 2 cordless handsets:
To page the base unit, press

}
.
To page other handset, press its
extension number (

}
).
To page all units, press

The call will be put on hold.

When the paged party answers, press

on your cordless handset to
establish a conference call.

“

” will be displayed.

To leave the conference, press

. The other 2 parties can
continue the conversation.
Note:

The outside call can be put on hold by
pressing

}
during a conference
call. Communications between
extensions are not suspended.

You can cancel the conference call by

. You and the outside
party can continue the conversation.
Using the base unit
