Easy Data Management
Job Function
The Job function lets you set the file format for saving each job, and
sorts scanned documents into the specific folder of the person in charge.
This is especially helpful for people who regularly manage a large volume
of documents, and people who want easy, folder-based management.
* Divided lengthwise or crosswise. The length of the scanned document is divided in half.
The division is not based on the content of the document.

The Automatic Image Emphasis*
Emphasis function emphasises the edges of characters and lines to
sharpen them and softens the appearance of other parts of the image.
Noise (black spots) is also reduced.
