10.4 Intercom between
handsets
Intercom calls can be made between handsets in
the same radio cell, but not in different radio
cells.

Example: When handset 1 calls handset 2
1. Handset 1:

Conference calls
Outside calls can be transferred between 2
handsets.
2 people can have a conference call with an
outside party.

Example: When handset 1 transfers a call to

1. Handset 1:
During an outside call, press

(desired handset number).

The outside call will be put on hold.

If there is no answer, press

to return to the outside call.
2. Handset 2:

To complete the call transfer, press

To transfer a call without speaking to the
handset 2 user

on the handset 1.

flashes to indicate the outside call is on
hold.

Handset 2 rings if it is within range of the
base unit and turned ON.

If the transferred call is not answered within
60 seconds, the handset 1 will ring again.
