Do not send the following types of documents. Use copies for fax transmission.
—Chemically treated paper such as carbon or carbonless duplicating paper
—Paper with printing on the opposite side that can be seen through the front (e.g. newspaper)
—Electrostatically charged paper
—Badly curled, creased or torn paper
—Paper with a coated surface
—Paper with a faint image

To transmit the document(s) whose width is less than the letter size (216 mm), we recommend using a
copier machine. Copy the original document on to a letter size paper, then transmit the copied document.
To transmit more than 10 pages at a time
●
Insert the first 10 pages of the document. Add the other pages (10 at a time) before the last page is fed
into the unit.
